During these four eventful days, you will experience festive Italy and see an authentic Italian festival with its splendid costumes and music on the streets and squares. You will follow Carnival through the wondrous city of canals, observe fireworks and celebrations, watch the Angel Flight from the decorated Piazza San Marco and be overcome with a mass of impressions from the loud and cheerful performances continuing late into the night. You will have a perfect photographic opportunity to practice with models who will have deliberately gathered from all around the world to pose for photographers. And then, away from all the noise, you will wander around the desolate quarters of Venice, take a break from the splendor of the festival and enjoy the tranquility and harmony of the eternal city. During the evening class we will study the theory of photography and discuss the photos taken by the members of the group.

Rough schedule:

February 10 – departure from Moscow

February 11 – grand opening of Carnival

February 12-13 – festivities, photo shooting

February 14 – departure to Moscow

Cost of the photo tour: to be determined.

The cost includes: accommodation at a hotel in the center of Venice, room for two, transfer by Vaporetto Airport—Venice—Airport, medical insurance, classes during the photo tour and the final class after the photo tour in Moscow.

Information on the cost of single room accommodation upon request.

The cost does not include: private expenses, airline tickets.
